How do I book an appointment?

To make an appointment, please use the contact form to schedule your online appointment. You will be contacted by staff during regular hours to confirm the appointment.

Do you take insurance/Medicare?

Yes! For our mental health services we accept Anthem, Aetna, Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, and United Healthcare/Optum. We understand the importance of providing accessible healthcare services to our valued clients. If you have Medicare coverage, you will be asked to provide your Medicare card and a valid photo ID.

Do I need
a referral?

While it is ideal to have a referral from another provider, it is not necessary. Prescreening forms are included in the request for the appointment to assist in meeting your needs.

How do I access
my portal?

Once an appointment date has been confirmed, you will receive an email with portal access instructions to complete prior to initial evaluation.

What is your cancelation policy?

In the event that you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice. All late cancelations are subject to a fee.

Can I get refills?

During the course of treatment, it is your responsibility to manage appointments in a timely manner to avoiding running out of medication. Refills for medications will NOT be provided without a regularly scheduled appointment.
